1. Information we collect
When you submit an inquiry, we collect the details you enter, such as your name, company, country or region, email, phone or messaging ID, preferred reply channel, product interest and process requirements. We also retain limited submission-security information, including a protected network and browser fingerprint, to prevent spam and duplicate submissions.
To understand which reviewed website content led to an inquiry, the current browser session may retain the first on-site landing path, time and campaign tags until the tab session ends. These details and a referring address are sent only with the inquiry you choose to submit. The server then records a validated source page and entity; browser-supplied internal entity identifiers are never trusted.
2. How we use inquiry information
We use the information to review your application, respond through the channel you select, prepare a quotation, maintain the inquiry history, understand which content supports inquiries and protect the service. Marketing messages are separate and are sent only when optional marketing consent has been given.
Email is required so the website can provide a dependable response path. If you choose WhatsApp or WeChat, include the corresponding country-coded number or account ID in the contact field.
3. Service providers and disclosure
Information may be processed by hosting, email delivery or other technical providers used to operate the inquiry workflow. It is not offered for sale. It may also be disclosed where necessary to protect the service or comply with a valid legal requirement.
4. Retention and security
Inquiry records are configured for retention for up to 730 days unless a longer period is needed for an active commercial relationship, recordkeeping or a legal requirement. Administrative access, validation, audit records and delivery queues are used to protect and trace the workflow; no internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
5. Your choices
You may ask to correct or delete inquiry information, or withdraw optional marketing consent, subject to records that must be kept for an active transaction or legal obligation. Avoid submitting confidential design files or sensitive personal data through the text form.
6. Cookies and session data
The website may use essential session data for form security, language and administrative functions. This policy does not claim the use of advertising cookies. If analytics or advertising services are introduced later, the notice and consent controls should be reviewed before activation.
7. Contact and updates
